Etch Tech update their Quality Standard

Etch Tech Ltd, one of the UK's premier Photo Etching companies has upgraded their quality systems to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard. The final assessment was passed with flying colours and the assessor had no hesitation in recommending them for approval.

From their Cambridgeshire HQ, Etch Tech managing director Angela McCallion commented "We are very proud to have the quality systems in place which allowed us to upgrade to the new standard on our first attempt. The entire Etch Tech team have worked tremendously hard over the last few months to implement lean manufacturing principles without compromising quality. The new standard is a confirmation of their success." She went on to say "Sadly existing users and even those new to the chemical etching industry, have been convinced by some of our competitors, it is impossible to supply quality products on short lead-times" adding "The Etch Tech team consistently achieve delivery of flat parts in 5-7 and more complex formed parts in 10 working days without compromising quality. I hope by achieving the newest standard our customers are assured that the quality of the products they receive is not compromised in any way, by the ability of Etch Tech to offer a premium service".
