Angela McCallion

Although Angie now concentrates on the financial aspects of the company she has been in the etching industry from the age of 15. Having had practical experience in every process step of Photo Etching she understands the entire process. This puts Angie in the best possible position to understand the business and practical requirements to ensure Etch Tech runs efficiently. Being an enthusiastic champion of waste reduction she makes a significant contribution in allowing Etch Tech to offer the industry's most competitive price structure and lead
time.

Stephen McCallion

Steve holds an HND in mechanical engineering with a bias towards process control and production engineering. He served his apprenticeship in the Chemical Etching industry and has remained involved ever since, spending time with the USA's premier etching company. Steve has an excellent understanding of the complex chemical requirements to ensure a high quality result. He is an excellent lateral thinker and the first person any of the team approach when considering a particularly challenging project. Steve always seems to know a viable solution.

Remy Walker

Remy is the CAD and graphic software expert in the team. Holding qualifications in AutoCad and Adobe Illustrator, places him in an excellent position to offer advice on both precision engineering and decorative projects. To further enhance his skills, Remy has undertaken training in SolidWorks and PhotoShop. He is able to manipulate your file types into a usable format or reproduce your design from a paper copy. For those customers who prefer to control the complete drafting process Remy is happy to offer advice and assistance at every stage.

Paul Rust

Paul served his tool making apprenticeship with a major engine manufacturer and holds a HND in mechanical engineering. He has been involved in the Chemical Etching industry for over 15 years, mainly in a technical sales role. Always believing "our service is our product" prompts Paul to adopt his engineer first, sales second approach. His tool making and general engineering experience is invaluable when advising customers on the manufacturing options of their project. Paul has an extensive knowledge of where to source the more exotic metals some projects demand.
